I was born and raised in Georgia and ever since high school, I always found myself curious about nutrition and fitness.
As a teenager, I fell in love with running and fueling my body with nutritious foods for performance and health. In my thirties, I found strength training which complimented my running and other outside activities to kept me strong, less injury proned and lean.
And, today, I'm still on the trails and the road just smarter. With every decade, I’ve realized that it’s important to take care of me and listen to my body. I’m in my forties and know that it’s important to keep my hormones happy, reduce my stress and slow down when my body tells me to.
I’ve been a dietitian for almost 20 years and a personal trainer for 15 years working with various types of people from all walks of life. Nothing brings me more happiness than knowing that I help make postitive changes in a persons life to make it better from the inside out.
